  • Booking: To book a session or service, you must complete the booking form and pay a deposit. The deposit is non-refundable but may be applied to a rescheduled session if notice is given at least 48 hours in advance.
  • Payments: Full payment for services must be made prior to the delivery of the final product. We accept various payment methods as specified on our website.

4. Cancellations and Rescheduling

  • Cancellations: If you need to cancel your booking, please notify us as soon as possible. Cancellations made within 48 hours of the scheduled session may forfeit the deposit.
  • Rescheduling: Sessions can be rescheduled with at least 48 hours' notice. If less notice is given, rescheduling will be subject to availability and may incur additional charges.

5. Delivery of Services

  • Photography: Final images will be delivered within three weeks of the session date via an online gallery or other specified method.
  • Design and Content: Delivery timelines for design and content services will be outlined in the project agreement and may vary based on project scope and complexity.

6. Intellectual Property

All content, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, images, and software, on the Website is the property of Palm Creative and is protected by intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or display any portion of the Website without the express written consent of Palm Creative.

  • Ownership: All content created by Palm Creative, including but not limited to photographs, designs, and written content, remains the intellectual property of Palm Creative until full payment is received.
  • Usage Rights: Upon full payment, clients receive the rights to use the content for the intended purpose as outlined in the project agreement. Palm Creative retains the right to use the content for promotional purposes unless otherwise agreed upon.

7. Limitation of Liability

Palm Creative will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from your use of our services.
